Antolin, a manufacturer of car interiors, and the University of Burgos (UBU) in Spain have strengthened their partnership by launching the Automotive Electronics Lifelong Learning Program.
This initiative aims to attract and retain young talent by providing specialized training for recent graduates in electronic engineering or double degrees in engineering, focusing on the development of electronic components.
The program is designed to meet the growing demand for skilled workers in the industrial sector of automotive electronics. It offers recent graduates the opportunity to gain specific knowledge and practical experience, preparing them for junior engineer positions within Antolin‘s electronics teams upon completion of their studies.
The nine-month program, set to begin in October 2024, will combine academic instruction with hands-on experience. Participants will receive classroom teaching from University of Burgos professors and Antolin professionals. The curriculum includes an international internship at one of Antolin’s European electronics technical centers and the preparation of a master’s thesis (TFM).
The aim is for students to acquire advanced skills in the design, development, validation and cybersecurity of electronic systems.
Pre-registration for the program is now open. Contact talentacquisition@antolin.com for more information.
