StradVision, a developer of the AI-powered image recognition software SVNet, has announced a new production award for its augmented reality (AR) product Immersive through a collaboration with a leading Japanese automotive OEM.
The Immersive AR product is designed to enhance the navigation system of the Japanese OEM’s cockpit domain control for infotainment. Using SVNet’s technology, Immersive has been designed to improve navigation systems by offering accurate lane detection, detailed semantic segmentation to understand various road elements, and precise identification of road edges to enhance navigation accuracy and safety.
The company says its SVNet technology has already been deployed in more than two million units worldwide.

The production of Immersive is scheduled to begin in the third quarter of 2026, with the goal of enhancing the driving experience through advanced AR features that improve safety and convenience.
