ZSK is excited to be at Automotive Interiors Expo in Novi after a five-year absence due to the pandemic. During this time, the company has improved its automotive machines and equipment, particularly the camera system, which allows precise placement of sewing lines within perforation gaps.
According to Claudia Moeckel, head of the leather and interior applications department at ZSK, the improvements to the camera system originated from client feedback and new requests from OEMs.
The company is demonstrating its Racer 0124 with OPS (optical positioning system – camera) at the show. The machine is also equipped with a fully automatic clamping system.
“The Racer 0124 is multipurpose and can fulfill multicolor quilting, multicolor embroidery and the exact placement of sewing lines on perforated cut parts,” explains Moeckel.
“ZSK not only manufactures machines, but also supports clients during the whole process from design to production and aftersales. Our clients include OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, engineering companies and design agencies.”
On the company’s return to the show after a prolonged absence, Moeckel said, “We are very happy to be back at this show to present the latest technology and finally meet our existing customers after such a long time.
“Looking back to our first day here, we are very satisfied about the frequency of visitors and we are sure that we have met new potential customers.”
