MicroCloud Hologram Inc. (HOLO), a provider of hologram digital twins technology, has announced that its subsidiary is providing CMS for China’s largest new energy vehicle company. By signing the Generalized Streaming Media Control System (CMS) Development Agreement, MicroCloud Hologram is expected to usher in a “breakthrough in the new energy vehicle business”, the companies say.
As of October 2023, the Chinese new energy vehicle company has sold over 2.3 million cars globally, reaching more than 400 cities across 70 countries and regions. MicroCloud Hologram offers services such as lidar solutions and 3D holographic technology. The CMS agreement outlines several key aspects of collaboration between MicroCloud Hologram and the new energy vehicle company, with MicroCloud Hologram to provide a design and development program for a common streaming media control system applicable to various vehicle models. This encompasses hardware and software solutions for the camera, controller and display modules.
Data and system analysis solutions, optical analysis, platform-based analysis and imaging analysis will be offered, to enhance the functionality of the streaming media control system.
The agreement includes the completion of relevant tests, such as EMC, performance, and environmental tests, to ensure delivery of the system. Verification of the solutions will be conducted in collaboration with the new energy vehicle company.
MicroCloud Hologram is also required to cooperate with the vehicle company for any required changes in the conditions of the new energy vehicle models and deliver expandable AI functions in the streaming media control system.
MicroCloud Hologram’s integrated holographic vision software and hardware solutions are designed to support the development of ADAS for new energy vehicles.
