Toyota has unveiled details about the 2021 model year Supra, offering interior upgrades along with performance upgrades.
All 2021 models will feature the 8.8in audio touchscreen that is standard on the 2020 3.0 Premium model, while the base model’s 6.5in screen has been discontinued.
The Safety and Technology Package will be available on 2.0 and 3.0 models.
It includes dynamic radar cruise control, blind-spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert, parking sensors with emergency braking function, navigation, 12-speaker, 500W JBL audio system, wireless Apple CarPlay, and Supra Connected Services including remote services, remote maintenance, automatic emergency call, real-time information, concierge, stolen vehicle recovery and map updates.
The Driver’s Assist Package will be still be available on the 3.0 Premium and A91 Edition.
It includes dynamic radar cruise control, blind-spot monitor, rear cross traffic alert and parking sensors with emergency braking function.
Performance will also be upgraded, with the 3.0-liter model seeing power increasing from 335bhp to 382bhp, reducing 0-60mph acceleration times from 4.1 seconds to 3.9 seconds.
A less powerful 2.0-liter is joining the line-up, offering 255bhp and 0-60mph time of 5 seconds.
