Volvo has updated the S90 and V90 models with features including a new interior air filter to clear out tiny particles.
The Advanced Air Cleaner, which was developed for the Chinese market and is now being rolled out globally, has a PM2.5 particle sensor.
The driver can monitor interior air quality via the center screen and the filter can clean the cabin air of almost all tiny particles within a few minutes.
Other upgrades include the Bowers & Wilkins audio system, which offers a better in-car experience with features such as an upgraded amplifier, automatic vehicle noise cancelation and a setting mimicking the sound of a jazz club.
Both the audio system and air cleaner technology are available on all 90 and 60 models based on the Scalable Product Architecture.
All 90 and 60 models also come with USB-C charging points in the rear, replacing the 12V outlet.
Exclusive tailored wool blend seats introduced in the XC90 last year are now available on all 90 and 60 models, with a leather-free interior option for the top trim levels.
