Garmin International has released the Vieo series of fully integrated infotainment systems for recreational vehicles.
The three models, RV 751, RV 851 and RV 1051 are available as 7in, 8in or 10in removable touchscreen displays combining a Fusion sound system and optional EmpirBus technology to control and monitor onboard systems.
The RV 51 Stereo Dock acts as a home base providing power for the display and is compatible with each of the removal touchscreens.
Dan Bartel, vice president of worldwide sales at Garmin, said, “Bringing RV-specific navigation, entertainment, optional onboard systems control and camera display capabilities into one package makes it easy to tailor a driving and entertainment experience to each and every driver, no matter their destination.”
They come with RV-specific navigation features including hands-free voice control, RV routing and alerts.
The infotainment platform adds RV-specific safety measures including fatigue warning, active lane guidance and advanced driver assistance systems.
It also comes with four camera inputs for backup, forward-looking and turn-signal-activated blind spot views.
