Theon Design has unveiled its latest custom Porsche 911 (964), the GBR002, crafted specifically for its second UK client. Finished in oak green metallic with dark ‘ghost’ stripes, satin chrome accents and matching 18in Fuchs-style wheels, the vehicle reportedly integrates modern performance with a traditional aesthetic.
With an innovative aluminum interior upgrade, Theon says its design mimics the traditional Porsche cockpit experience while integrating new features. The switchgear, interior door handles and various touchpoints are crafted from billet aluminum.
Muslin leather seats with woven leather sections and green stripes complement the exterior, and a Bluetooth-enabled stereo and wireless phone charging in the new center console enhance connectivity.
According to Theon Design, GBR002 shows the company’s dedication to the Porsche ethos, reimagining the classic 911 dream for customers. The recreated 911s blend the OEM’s design and engineering with modern technology, delivering a reinvented air-cooled driving experience. A TracTive Active Controlled Electronics (ACE) damping system enhances driving dynamics to improve performance and traction across diverse road conditions.
In addition to the driving experience, GBR002 features a modernized interior. Recaro CS seats, Theon touring rear seats and muslin leather with woven Alcantara and leather panels enhance the interior. Satin lacquered visual carbon-fiber side pods in the frunk highlight the car’s lightweight performance. The Nardi ‘deep-dish’ steering wheel, contemporary stereo with DAB radio and Theon’s HVAC and control unit contribute to the overall comfort of the car.
Adam Hawley, co-founder of Theon Design, said, “A Theon Design car still feels like a classic Porsche, just one that’s elevated to a new level of performance and usability. We strive to create the perfect blend of aesthetic, performance and dynamic enhancements, creating something that’s thrillingly new yet familiar in all the right ways.”
