Alcantara has partnered with Czinger Vehicles to create customizable interiors for the exclusive 21C hypercar.
Designers at Milan, Italy-based Alcantara worked with Czinger’s development team to create a range of applications for its lightweight and sustainable materials covering the seats, door panels, steering wheel and instrument panel.
Limited to 80 vehicles, all hand made in Los Angeles, California, the 21C offers a variety of options and opportunities for customization.
The road-based 21C has a light beige, ecru-colored Alcantara and the seats feature hand-woven center sections, enriched by piping lines with black Alcantara seat bolsters.
The track-based 21C is equipped with black Alcantara, with the driver’s seat featuring embossed 3D Alcantara in a hexagonal pattern.
Alcantara is also applied to the 21C’s seating and used on the steering wheel, instrument panel, door panels and flooring.
The 21C’s hybrid powertrain drives all four wheels and produces 1,250bhp with a red line of 11,000rpm, and a top speed of 280mph.
It is equipped with a twin-turbo 2.88-liter mid-mounted V8 engine, and relies on two continuous front traction motors and a crank-driven generator and starter to ensure that its lithium-titanate batteries are available when required.
