Computer software company SimScale has announced the launch of AI-powered real-time automotive design features, aimed at enhancing engineering innovation and reducing R&D costs in the automotive industry.
As a fully cloud-native simulation platform, SimScale says it collaborates with manufacturers, suppliers and OEMs to accelerate product development.
The platform presents a range of analysis capabilities, including mechanical, thermal, computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and electromagnetics, tailored for automotive companies to design and optimize their products effectively.
The newly released features leverage cloud-native simulation, allowing model and simulation data to be accessible for AI, generative design and optimization workflows. This includes a fully capable AI simulation feature that works alongside traditional physics solvers, utilizing simulation data for AI training and inference to expedite design convergence.
These features will be showcased at the World Congress Experience (WCX) in Detroit, Michigan, USA, from April 16-18. CEO of SimScale David Heiny will present a live demonstration on Day 2 (Wednesday) at 9:30 am, highlighting real-time automotive design through a unified simulation, data and physics AI solution via a case study.
