Denon has showcased its first car audio concept system at CES 2025. The system features 22 speakers and an 1,800-watt Dirac-optimized Dolby Atmos system for an immersive experience.
Denon has partnered with Sonified, Tymphany and Dirac for the new audio system. It features height- and headrest-integrated channels to ensure every listener in the car is surrounded by Denon’s signature sound, replicating Denon’s home audio products.
Inspired by Denon PerL headphones, the audio system features personalization where a unique audio profile can be tailored to an individual’s hearing. By analyzing how your ears respond to different frequencies, it highlights the potential for unmatched depth, clarity and detail, enhanced by Denon’s sound.
Other highlights include a hidden sound innovation from Sonified. Denon worked with Sonified to integrate hidden exciters that replicate mid-range frequencies from behind trim materials and within the headrests, enabling a streamlined cabin design while ensuring greater privacy.
Taking inspiration from Denon’s premium performance home audio design, Tymphany provides the perfect sonic accompaniment to Denon’s distinctive sound signature, while maintaining a small footprint and efficient power usage.
